Anushka is the only actress expect Thamana to have been paired up with both Suriya and Karthi. In a funny chat show, the pretty actress spotted five differences between the brothers.

Anushka started off by saying that Karthi is a ‘chatterbox’, unlike Suriya, who is silent by nature. “Karthi can easily socialize, but Suriya prefers to be reserved,” she felt. Anushka rates Karthi as a better singer, compared to Suriya.
 

The next difference the actress revealed was new. It seems Karthi likes to scare people with ghost stories, whereas Suriya doesn’t like horror.
 

The fifth and final difference she noticed is that kids get attracted to Karthi more.

As it has been confirmed that Mammootty is getting ready to be in the role of 'Kuttiyapan', in the new Renjith movie 'Leela', the talks about the flick has gathered new momentum. Expected to start by the month of April, this movie is sure to offer Mammooty a landmark role in his career. Added to this, it is now learned that young star Prithviraj will also come up in an important role in the movie which is produced by Ranjith's capitol theatres.The movie will also have Nedumudi Venu and a bunch of theatre artists in other important roles.

The year will be a very special one for Mammootty who has decided to concentrate on roles with content , ever since the success of his latest 'Bavoottiyude Namathil'.The year will also have him as 'Majeed' in the filmy version of  Balya kalasakhy, directed by Pramod Payyanoor.

Last year lead stars like Mohanlal, Ramya Nambeeshan and even Mammootty lend their voices to songs that remained popular with the masses. And now it seems to be the turn of Dileep, who will try his sound for his new character in the movie 'Sound Thoma'. This time, his character has a cleft lip and speaks in a peculiar way, which will be followed up in the songs too. 'Sound Thoma' is the coming together of hit maker Vysakh with Dileep for the first time, after his three debut back to back hits in 'Pokkiriraja', Seniors and Mallu Singh'.

But singing for his character is'nt a new thing for Dileep who had already sung the immensely popular ' Saare saare saambaare... in Thilakkam' a decade ago.

With a pointed nose and a cleft lip, Dileep will be hoping for another big hit like all his previous ventures which had his makeover characters emerging popular

The Kerala State Award winner actress Geetu Mohandas is coming up with a feature film in Hindi. The movie titled 'Liars Dice' is set in the backdrop of the snow-clad Indian village Chitkul in the Tibetan border.

The story and script are penned BY Geetu herself and her husband and famous cinematographer Rajeev Ravi wields the camera for 'Liars Dice'.

The film plots the hardships faced by a woman who sets in search of her husband along with her daughter. A stranger, whose mission is unknown to her, offers her his help. 'Liars Dice' which portrays the story of a group of people with no identity of their own stars 'Gangs of Wasseypur' fame Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Geetanjali Thapa, and Maniya Gupta in the main roles.

According to sources, choreographer turned film maker Farah Khan has decided to rope in Prithviraj to do one of the lead roles in her next titled 'Happy New Year'. Prithviraj will act alongside Bollywood biggies Shah Rukh Khan and Abhishek Bachchan.

The story revolves around three friends who participate in a dance competition which change their lives in a drastic way. The movie is produced by Gauri Khan under Red Chillies Entertainment.

Prithviraj wil also be seen in Yash Raj Films' 'Aurengazeb' which casts Arjun Kapoor in a double role. The movie also casts Jackie Shroff, Rishi Kapoor, and Amrita Singh.

During a recent interview, Vijay was asked by director Vijay to consider doing a film with Ajith once again after Rajavin Paarvayile, which released way back in 1995 when both of them were upcoming actors. To this, Vijay responded by saying that it depends on the directors and the script that they have created.

If the script has room for both the stars, then Vijay doesn’t have any issues about doing a film with his competitor, Ajith.

Director Vijay has worked with Ajith and is now working with Vijay and we hope that he comes up with a good script which would perfectly cater to both these stars.

Amala Paul is busy shooting for Vijay-AL Vijay film. It's heard that Amala Paul plays the character of a police inspector. Amala Paul has apparently gained some weight to match the character and people who have seen her in the "khaki" costume are full of praise. 
In the Telugu front, Amala's film with Ram Charan is getting released on Jan 9.

Boologam directed by Kalyan has Jayam Ravi and Trisha in the lead. The story is about a boxer from North Chennai. While Jayam Ravi is the boxer, Trisha comes as his trainer. Trisha has learnt the nuances of the sport to make her role perfect and apparently she has been coming up with convincing performances.
The film's climax will have Hollywood actor Mason Jones (of Troy fame) as a wrestler and this is the first time Mason is doing an Indian film.
Real boxers from the two prominent families of boxers, Idiyappa Naiker Parambarai and Sarpatta Parambarai , are also part of the film.
Madan, a national level boxing winner has trained Jayam Ravi and Trisha for the roles.

Vijay is on a roll after his Thuppakki and he is busy shooting for AL Vijay's film. It has been reported that Vijay has sung a song for the film under GV Prakash's composition on Jan 3. GV has said that Vijay has done a great job by crooning the energetic and peppy song. Music director GV Prakash has tweeted that the song is "Massukellam Maasu". It has to be recalled that Vijay has sung a song "Google Goolge" in Thuppakki which became a big hit with the youth.

Anoop Menon-Jayasurya team's 'Hotel California' started rolling in Kochi. The movie is directed by Aji John. The film is scripted by Anoop Menon.

The movie revolves around five people from five locations, Dubai, Bangalore, Mumbai, Simla, and Colombo, who reach Mumbai and then to Kochi and are received at the Nedumbassery airport by 5 others.

Dhwani, Aparna, and Maria are the heroines. P Balachandran, Sankar, Saiju Kurup are also cast in 'Hotel California'. Jithu Damodar handles the camera. Shan Rahman is the music director.

Josemon Simon produces the movie under the banner of Jairaj Films. The film will be shot at Kochi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Dubai.

New face Reenu Mathews makes her debut in the industry through Lal Jose's 'Emmanuel'. Reenu essays the role of Mammootty's wife in the movie.

Though first to act in a movie she is not a stranger to camera. She has gained popularity as a model and has also acted in two telefilms - December Mist and Kanapurangal.

Reenu shared her excitement and tension to share screen space with Mammootty in her first film. Reenu works as a cabin crew in an international airline.
