THUPPAKI REVIEW & RATTING

Thuppakki  is a Tamil action thriller film written and directed by A. R. Murugadoss, which will star Vijayas an encounter specialist, alongside Kajal Aggarwaland it also features Vidyut Jamwal,JayaramSathyan, Gautham Kurup, Akshara Gowda. Produced by S. Thanu, the film features background score and soundtrack composed by Harris Jayaraj and cinematography handled by Santhosh Sivan. The film, which is being produced by Kalaipuli S. Dhanu, was officially announced in July 2010 and relesed on 13th november 2012.

Movie started off neatly with vijay's intro which was was clean underplay.. Kutti puli an intro song had huge amount of energy and will make u dance definately.. first half has so many rollicking fun moments and the chemisty between Vijay-Kajal worked big time.. The movie is pure commercial one.. but taken with class ,i mean unlike velayudham which i hated , thuppaki had absolute trademark of a.r.murugadoss with vijay's style, pre-interval scene will make you WOW! Kajal looked fair and hot and had place to perform.. Second half, you is absolute contradic
tion to first half, with limited comics it moves pretty fast with spellbound action of vijay..his investigation episode in mumbai, bring you thrill and you'll
have your heart upbeat.. Villain vidhyut has a great scope in tamil cinema.. you will love him maximum, he has got excellent body language and that angry..coming to Climax ,pretty decent and melodramatic...i swear you will not only get entertained but a message that charged in your heart when you leave the seat.. Songs were good and pick of the album will be Antartica and Google Google(though we had google google cut in ..) Positives : # Vijay's chrisma ,You will not watch Velayudham Vijay, but a power packed upgraded one! # Screen play ,a racy one.. # Story and the message.. # songs - clean hit.. # Action sequences.. # cinematography was brilliant.. On the flip side -Sathyan COMEDY, Though it was good i expected a Nanban from him

I dont find any other thing than this..

My Rating- 8.5/10 verdict - Started good Ended Great !!

PRITHVIRAJ PLANS TO REMAKE FILM WITH BIG B

Prithviraj, who is just one-film old in Bollywood, is extremely happy with the response to his recent Malayalam film ‘Ayalum Njanum Thammil’. He says he now plans to remake it in Hindi with megastar Amitabh Bachchan.
“This is a very special film for me because this story, the plot of the film, was thought of nine years ago. It’s a film that I have travelled around with. I took this film to a friend of mine to direct. (Now) I would like to remake this film in Hindi with Mr.Bachchan. Let’s see how things fall in place,” Prithviraj said.
‘Ayalum Njanum Thammil’, directed by Lal Jose, hit the screens Oct 19. It features Narain, Rima Kallingal, Samvrutha Sunil and Remya Nambeesan, apart from Prithviraj.
Asked if he has already approached Big B for the remake, he said: “No, I haven’t approached him yet. I would like Mr. Bachchan to see this film, but I am assuming he will like the film at least. It’s just a dream.”
“The response has been fantastic for this film and unfortunately this is the first time I am not in Kerala, during the release so feeling strange,” added the 30-year-old.
Prithviraj made his Bollywood debut opposite Rani Mukerji in the recently released ‘Aiyyaa’, which has garnered a mixed response. But he is happy.
“Some have liked the film; some have not liked the film. But personally, I feel the film has created a lot of buzz for me. I didn’t expect people to suddenly take interest in me, so I am getting lot of calls and people want me to hear lot of scripts.
“As a debutant (in Bollywood), I couldn’t have asked for anything more. If you want to get noticed and that is the endeavour, then yes ‘Aiyyaa’ has worked for me somewhere,” he said.

FACE 2 FACE MALAYALAM MOVIE

STORYLINE

After Penpattanam , V.M Vinu Direct Face 2 Face. Mammootty & Roma in lead role in Face 2 Face. New faces Gautam, Rishidas, and Rohit play Rahul, Shyam, and Adityan respectively. Scripted by Manoj Payyanur, the film is produced by M K Nazer under the banner of Goodline Movies.
Face 2 Face tells the story of the celebrations of urban life, the value deterioration in family life, and the life of people who are not blessed with the love and presence of their near and dear ones.

Mammootty dons the role of Balachandran, an investigative officer who wants to disclose the mystery behind the silent murders happening in the city.

Balachandran leads a luxurious life in a bungalow in the suburbs of the city. He does an array of businesses - real estate, share marketing and many more.

Once he was at a highly esteemed position. His decisions were always a headache to the subordinates. They disliked him and the conflicts and confrontations gradually led him to an isolated and lonely life. In the meantime, Balachandran was forced to expose the truth behind a tragedy that occurs in his life. 'Face to Face' highlights the mental conflicts faced by Balachandran as a part of his investigation.

The film also raises the issue of however strong the rules are they are often disobeyed. As the title suggests this is Balachandran's face to face fight with the modern times which cannot even distinguish between virtue and vice.

MY BOSS REVIEW

MY BOSS MALAYALAM MOVIE REVIEW & RATTING

After Mummy and Me , Jithu Joseph direct My Boss. It is a Romantic comedy movie starring DILEEP & Mamtha Mohandas. In My Boss Dileep will appear as an young software engineer & Mamtha will appear as his Boss.

In My Boss Dileep as Manu Varma & Mamtha as Priya. Manu Varma (Dileep) is a young IT professional who does like the life in a foreign country. He was appointed as the assistant to Priya (Mamtha) in Mumbai. The boss contrary to Dileep, is a young women who was brought up in Australia and always dreams of leading a normal life here. And one must say that she is arrogant too. So, as one can expect some usual Boss – Subordinate fight between them. Unfortunately, some Visa Problems made her situations worse. She was forced to migrate to Australia. Under these circumstances she took some bold decisions. She asks Dileep whether he could act as her husband. Though shows some hesitations at first, he agrees to marry her. Both of them move to kerala, to meet Manu Varma's parents. But, contrary to her believes, she starts loving the people out there. Then there follows some usual comic situations and with some predictable twists and turnings, the story proceeds.

Jithu Joseph, who is the maker of Mummy and Me, has dealt with a much softer theme this time. Though this one is not like his previous flick, it has its own moments. What makes us happy by seeing this film is that, unlike Dileep's previous films this movie has a decent story to tell. The director himself has written the script and except some lagging in the second half, it can be considered as a decent film. Thus Jithu Joseph needs special applause. The songs by Seijo John and M.Jayachandran are good to hear, so is the cinematograph by Anil Nair. The special addition of the song "Enthinennariyilla" was nice. Editor V.Sajan could have trimmed the content at least in some portions.

"My Boss" definitely offers some hilarious moments and keeps you engaged throughout. On the whole, this movie tells a story that we have heard somewhere. But the movie offers some excellent performances by Dileep & co, and a neat job by the director.
